Weve worked out the details and are partnering with Local Matters (our favorite non-profit) to offer cooking classes in our office! This first set of hands-on classes will be offered to parents and will be held Saturdays, 10am-12pm, 1/24/15 - 2/14/15. Cost is $150/person for the four-class series and will cover topics including: Healthy Cooking Techniques, Eating Whole Foods, Menu Planning, and Making Healthy Lunches & Snacks. We need a minimum of 12 participants (and max of 15) to hold the classes. Payment is due at the first class. If your family is still looking for a holiday gift for you, this is a terrific idea!
