What Do You Leave Behind!?! After 3 days in the UK, I was excited to go to church. I found myself a small church, with a Big God and good preaching. After church I immediately went for 2 hrs driving classes. First time to drive in the right side. Pretty daunting so I decided to have a class before venturing out with my kids. As luck would have it, the driving instructor was a absolutely unkind. He was not joyful and very short tempered. He raised his voice so often, over minor issues, I got real nervous and made more mistakes. Then I started thinking after 30 minutes, I am paying this man to be rude to me? I am gonna ask him to bring me back home right now! I was really ticked off by his lack of respect! Yeah exactly! If you are following me, you will notice, it has turned into an I, I, I story. My pride kicked in! I had turned myself into the victim. The pastor today taught us that in general we all meet about 3 new people everyday. We have new encounters everyday. What do you leave behind with this person. I realized this guy was not a Christian and actually did not know better. Instead give him a piece of my mind, u started sing, for the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness...... He started giggling nervously and I said to him, when did u last go to church? He said, on his wedding. The man was about 60. I told him, Jesus loves you! He said, I mean I am not a believer. I said, I noticed that, that is why Jesus loves you even the more. Something happened, I do not know what, but after that he became nicer and I surprised myself and booked him for another lesson. Pray for him.
