What I call life is nothing more than the result of exchanges in which I am engaged with nature. Life is a series of exchanges. The most obvious manifestations of this are nourishment and breathing. Any kind of interference in these exchanges results in weakness, illness and death. However, the exchanges I must make in order to live are not limited to feeding myself and breathing. Or rather, I can say that they consist of feeding myself and breathing, but not merely on the physical plane. Nutrition and breathing symbolize the exchanges I also have to make with the different spheres of the universe in order to feed my subtle bodies: The etheric, astral, mental, causal, buddhic and atmic bodies. When I understand how I can find in the universe the nourishment that suits my different bodies, I will experience my life as a great symphony. First, however, I must re-establish communications in order to allow the energy currents to circulate between the universe and myself. And I can only re-establish communications by working with thought. eBook 09: ‘The hidden capacity of Human beings’ eBook 21: ‘A new Attitude for everyday Life’ eBook 58: ‘Science & Initiatic Science’ realpeacework-akademie.info/jena
