What I learned at Kings Island today: 1. I do not have nearly enough tattoos (by that I mean I have none) 2. I look like a supermodel in a bathing suit (Thank you, Splash City!) 3. Strong bras (and bras, in general) should be required at the gate 4. If your kid (Scout) is crying before they start the ride, they will offer to keep her in the kid cage or hold the ride until she quits. Guess which one happened? 5. Scout rode the following rides after her initial nervous breakdown on the Racers: the Beast, the Bat, the Vortex, Adventure Express, the Racers (two times). I mean, really. 6. The refillable cups are worth every penny! Thanks Tim Frey and Beth Neumann Akers for the loaners! We even found one abandoned in the mens bathroom! 7. We are not rich, but thanks to Santa, we are able to enjoy season passes for little day trips like this even when we are staring down property taxes and mortgage payments. Thanks, Santa! I still believe!
