What I see in Nigeria does nt refect politics in its real sense,rather,I see a kind of opportunistic politics laced wt selfish drive. I say this because Nigerias political arena is where politicians decamp to other political parties when they are denied party tickets,its also where politicians leave their parties when they lose out in power sharing,a place where a little petty quarrel can lead politicians into joining other political parties or forming theirs. Wht manner of politics are we playing in Nigeria? Politics wtout ideology? Can we call that true politics? Yes,agreed that politics is abt interest,bt when we talk of partisan politics and governance we are talking abt collective interest,and when we talk abt collective interest we are talking abt ideological considerations. So,I appeal to our politicians to take into cognisance the above submission. God bless Nigeria!
