What Scripture Prophecy Reveals Now! Suppose you were on board a ship that was about to set sail and you somehow learned that the ship was doomed to sink after leaving port. Wouldn’t you do everything you could to get off the ship before it sailed? The Scriptures reveals that this world is like a doomed ship. The time is coming when this modern Babylon of confusion, ugliness and death is going to fall (Revelation 18:2). This world’s system is about to be replaced by the glorious Kingdom of Yahuwah (Revelation 11:15)! Signs of the End Before a ship leaves port, a series of bells or whistles sounds, over a period of time. These signals warn people who do not intend to sail that they should get off the vessel. Sometimes, as a final warning, one of the ship’s crew members announces, “All ashore who are going ashore!” The Scriptures also offers, to those who will heed, specific warning signals that mark the end of this evil age. Those warning signals are found in Scripture prophecy! “Surely Yahuwah does nothing, unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets,” says Amos 3:7. So what does the Scripture tell us about the events that are now leading up to Yahuwah’s intervention in this world? Amanuwal’s disciples asked Him this very question: “Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us …what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?’” (Matthew 24:3). The rest of Matthew 24 – the pivotal prophetic chapter in all the Scriptures! – relates Amanuwal’s startling answer. Amanuwal foretold that false prophets would arise and deceive many (verses 4-5). He said the world would be engulfed in wars, tormented by famines, stricken with pestilences (verses 6-7). And all these signs are only “the beginning of sorrows” (verse 8)! These events will culminate in the Great Tribulation; the worst crisis the world has ever faced (verse 21). It will be a time of religious persecution, martyrdom for those of The Way, more deception, and war (verses 9-12). Amanuwal warned that “unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved” (verse 22). The Great Tribulation will be followed by supernatural signs in the heavens (verse29). Then Amanuwal Ha’Mashyach will return to conquer this rebellious world and set up the Kingdom of Yahuwah on earth (verses 30-31). Ha’Mashyach warned His disciples, “Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not expect Him” (verse 44). Revelation’s Seven Seals The book of Revelation predicts the same timetable that Amanuwal listed, but presents the major events as “seals.” The seven seals of Revelation are shown in their correct sequence with other end-time events, as prophesied in the Scriptures. These seven seals outline the same order of events Amanuwal spoke of in Matthew 24. The first four seals, sometimes referred to as the “Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse,” are false prophets (Revelation 6:1-2), war (verses 3-4), famine (verses 5-6), and pestilence (verses 7-8). The fifth seal is the Great Tribulation (verses 9-11). The sixth seal marks the signs in the heavens (verses 12-17). The seventh seal denotes Amanuwal’s intervention in the affairs of this world. This last seal, explained in chapters 8, 9, and 16 of Revelation, is made up of seven trumpet plagues that Amanuwal will pour out when He conquers this Yahuwah-rejecting world. The last trumpet plague is made up of seven last plagues. But where are we now in this sequence of events? The Deepening Crisis Amanuwal listed the signs of the end in Matthew 24. The book of Revelation repeats and further explains these signs in the form of seven “seals.” The first four signs (false prophets, war, famines, and pestilence) have relentlessly intensified, growing worse and worse, from Amanuwal’s day until our time. Now just as Amanuwal warned, these problems threaten man’s very survival on earth! Next – this world’s deepening crisis will lead directly into the Great Tribulation! That will be a nightmare time of nuclear warfare, great famines and disease epidemics on a worldwide scale, the rise to power of the “beast” and “false prophet” of Revelation, martyrdom of the saints and the captivity of the children of Israel. You need to be watching the warning signs Amanuwal gave of the end of this age! He said, “Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all of these things that will come to pass” (Luke 21:36). This world is a ship doomed to sink. The warning bells have begun to sound. Listen to Yahuwah’s final warning: “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues” (Revelation 18:4).
