What a Difference a Few Hours Can Make!! With the help of the Village we were able to rescue Pebbles from the Baldwin Park Shelter just in time for her to enjoy being in a foster home for the Holiday!! This poor girl was surrendered by her family after having been attacked and possibly hit by a car. The damage to her front limb was so severe it couldnt be saved. The shelter knew she was special and did the surgery but then she was back at the shelter to recover…this broke our hearts! We immediately went into rescue mode and had her out as soon as we found a temporary foster for her (YES! Fostering SAVES lives!) Pebbles is a doll and adjusting well to the loss of her leg. She is sweet, happy, adorable and all of 24 pounds. She is looking for a forever home to love her, care for her and treat her like the special girl she is! We should also mention she is house trained, crate trained and even with what happened she is good with other dogs and cats! Thank You To the Village for coming Together to help Save Pebbles!!
