What a JOKE! I could have told them weeks ago that a main frame needs structure, and that software developers messed up, but wo am I! People need medical care, no matter how much money they make or do not. Everyone that is ill, has been ill, or is now ill and even for regular health matters need it AFFORDABLE!! This going by income is crazy, because not only are you taking away from those friends of mine that need it, you are charging way too much for it, giving less if anything, and making this so stressful on the entire country. Why? Because you choose to put the money that is needed to release the strain on healthcare in other countries that pose a threat. I am not stupid, nor am I naive to know that this multi-trillion dollar deficit, is all our fault. ITS THE PEOPLE THAT CONTROL WHERE IT GOES, MAKE THE DECISIONS WHERE IT GOES AND HAVE THE POWER TO PAY THEMSELVES WHATEVER THEY LIKE.. TRILLIONS GONE.. I THANK GOD THAT ONE DAY YOU WILL ALL BE CAUGHT AT YOUR GAME, AND YOUR SPYING AS WELL AS STEALING FROM THE THE POOR TO BE RICH. MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE SUFFER SO MUCH BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE. YOU LOOK AT WHAT IS ...STOP IT BEFORE YOU KILL MORE BECAUSE THEY ARE REFUSED TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR BECAUSE THEY HAVE LITTLE TO NO INSURANCE CAN NOT AFFORD MEDICATION. ITS NOT JUST ONE PERSON INVOLVED IN THIS ITS MANY.. EXPERTS TO A SOFTWARE ISSUE IS NOT THE PROBLEM ITS THE PEOPLE THAT STARTED THIS WHOLE THING. YOU DO NOT PROMISE ANYONE ANYTHING OTHER TAKING MORE OF THERE MONEY ! YOU SCRAMBLE FOR A FIX-IT RIGHT..AND MAKE IT RIGHT, THATS WHAT YOU ALL SHOULD BE DOING..
