What a beautiful weekend to end a great week. One house closed out and wrote one new contract, yea!!! Finished our home down in Snowcreek for our horsey friends. Beautiful home for a great couple. Since there is no stress in building a new home, we GUARNTEE this :), our customer wanted to liven up things and decided to have open heart surgery in the midst of everything. Everything is great for him and on their home, they love it and couldnt have asked for better customers to work with. We are so happy for them both to be in thier home, sipping fresh lemonade, yea right, on thier very large screened porch. Oh, the life!! Closed out a deal for a just married couple. Now onto getting the financing out of the way and getting started. Speaking of financing, took our great mortgage lady, Sandy Speck, on a tour of our handiwork. She was impresseed and we amused one another about the fun we have in our choosen line of work. I will say, having a team member like Sandy, from Union Mortgage, on our side makes it easy for us, and especially for our customers. Just give us a call and we can handle your every need. Enjoy this wonderful Sunday with family and friends, Wayne and I are getting ready to review plans with our customers from South Carolina for another home we are starting. Man, life is great!!!!!!!!
