What a day!!! Cuse Pit Crew hit the streets today to hang reward flyers for the case of Wyatt, the pit bull mix found Thursday evening starved and dehydrated. We are truly inspired by those who braved the cold today to help hang reward flyers on Syracuses North Side. But dont be fooled - Cuse Pit Crew Volunteers had their fun this morning before they hit the streets! The morning started out with a visit with Wyatt and then transporting three dogs from Dewitt Animal Hospital to the Humane Society of Rome. Youll see in these photos what a wonderful and productive day we had! On top of snuggling up on Wyatt, our day was brightened even more when our old friend, Nalla, came to help us hang flyers! Nalla, like Wyatt, is a survivor of abuse. Nalla was found in a car starved and full of infection on a HOT day two years ago in Syracuse. We guess this is Nallas way of paying it forward to help he fellow canine peer, Wyatt. THANK YOU to everyone who came out today and we thank all of YOU for being the voice for the voiceless. Together, we will end animal abuse in our community...
