What a day. It was a day of dreams come true, faith in humanity being restored, and near disaster. Upon leaving Fenway to catch our train, I realize my wallet was left in the cab!!! Its amazing how the human body works. I could feel adrenaline rush through my body as my brain started racing. My first fear was how am I going to get on a plane without a license!! One part of my brain was already placing itself at the DMV while the other half was trembling as I dialed the bank to cancel all cards. After 4 attempts, I got thru. Im giving the banker all my info when I spot our cab driver walking towards me. Dont know what happened with phone call as I just put phone in pocket. I was more in awe at the fact that all my $$$ was there. As Robert Wilder knows, ( yo nomas cargo cienes)!! (Inside joke).. The driver would not accept cash token of appreciation until I FORCIBLY INSISTED!! Needless to say, my faith in humanity was lifted up again. Of course Dolly Wilder remained calm and supportive!! Her first words, when cabbie came back were, thats just KARMA coming back to you for all you do!! I wrote a long email to cab Company in hopes of having their employee recognized!! Now, ON TO WHALE WATCHING!!!
