What a day @ Simbas Run! Today Animal Aid Alliance officially kicked off its volunteer weekend.. The morning started with Aneesha & Gang showing up at the gates.. 2 cars full of volunteers.. After introductions and a tour of our home, the work started... All of us (except Rosy whos a little fiesty) were given baths... Even me... As much as I tried to escape.. I figured Id boycott the whole thing!!!! But its apparently good for us... *big fat WHATEVA*... well keep letting our humans thin they run the show around here... After that, most of the empty pots were filled with flowers and the yard emptied of all the junk from the store room.. Garima and her friend Anirban (with moral support from her doberman Boo) built us an awesome doggy bed from old junk.. Princy has now claimed it as his own and noone can go near it when hes on it...And of course lunch for everyone was a hit.. (Daddy sneaked me some so I know those were good parathas)... Our next BIG project is the building of a cattery and we hope our awesome volunteers from today and more new ones will visit us again.. Everyone here appreciates the time and effort they put in for us.. We will love you forever :) More photos coming soon courtesy of our volunteers :)
