What a day!!! The last 24 hours have been just wonderful for Nigerians and Nigeria. Personally, I salute all the foot soldiers of GMB who mobilised their friends, colleagues and family members, against all odds, to pull off this fantastic victory at the APC Primaries in Lagos. Dr. Kayode Fayemi, you and your team have shown us what Nigeria is capable of doing: you guys put together a superlative arrangement that was hitch free in its conception, design and delivery. We salute you. Thousands of volunteers, some of whom have never seen GMB in person (and that includes me), campaigned with all their abilities and God given talents, and alas, our little efforts were rewarded with this victory. Then, we have the people who did the hardest work of all, negotiating, begging and raising funds- many of you we will never know. But, we thank you for all you have done. I know a few of these men and women of calibre personally, but I do not have their permission to out them. May God almighty reward you all. But, my people, it is not yet uhuru. We must redouble our efforts, because the real work has just begun, but we shall push on! Our finish line is February 15, 2015, God willing. We salute, all the contestants for putting up a decent and civilized outing. Now, we need all of you guys on board, to help us drive this clueless man and his crowd of clowns away from Abuja. All things being equal, Nigeria will press the much needed reset button on the 14th February 2015. Again, hearty congratulations, Buharis soldiers. Love you all!!!
