What a day it has been!! Spent the day in the Clinic then being admitted to the room with Madison at CHKD in VA, having left at 7:30am. I spoke to my momma as I was driving across the bridge this morning...we were dialing each other at the same time!! She was calling to check on Madison as I was dialing her to let her know what was going on with her. It was a short conversation, and I promised to call her when I knew what was going to happen later in the day...but a daughters intuition I say, is just like a Mothers intuition! Maybe that changes once you become a mother yourself ;). I knew she didnt sound like herself. But, I had so much on my mind I regretted to have never called her back and asked if she was ok! As I sat in the clinic room with my princess today, I received the phone call that my mom was in the ER because her lung had collapsed. Today was difficult...but I felt like I could make no other decision than to spend the day with Madison until her Dad could get there, and come home and be with my mom in the hospital! My princess warrior has both of us parents to care for her, for a lifetime!! And thats just what my momma has done for me....now its time for me to return that gift ;) I love you MORE Mom!! ❌⭕️❤️😘
