What a day today, i was going to get the bus to go and help the victims of the flood, got caught in a traffic jam because of a bad accident it took me almost 20 minutes to drive less than 2 km, turned around came home and went for a bike ride to downtown Calgary, about 1 km to downtown got caught in a thunder storm and rain, when I got downtown got shelter in a Mall where there was a Power Lifting Competition, Provincial Championship, was there till the rain stopped, then the Sun came out and went for a ride all over downtown, went to the Stampede Park, big party down there, after all that came home, I biked close to 40 km, now is time to sleep like a baby.....
