What a difference a day makes. Today is a much higher level energy day for me, the energy feels more balanced and not as dreadful as it was yesterday. I also find that during these periods where the energy is shifting at such extreme levels, I have a hard time falling asleep, am Im up until 1 or 2AM. I am not tired in the morning and still get up at the same time. I wrote yesterday that the energy comes in and out much like the ocean tide. A lot of energy comes in, upsetting our energetic balance and raising our energy to levels that we cant sustain but need to experience, which is the up energy. Then it goes out and drops us with a big crash because we have received higher levels of energy than we can sustain for the long term. This is the down energy, because the gap between the highs and lows is so big. A few years ago these energy downloads would lay us out flat but now, while they do have a physical and emotional impact, its less. They key to moving ahead and integrating this energy is to try to process the lower vibrating energy that these high level downloads dredge up as quickly as possible, so the next wave of high energy moves into our energy fields more quickly. Whew, its exhausting but we are making progress, even if it doesnt always feel like it.
