What a fantastic end to a fabulous week of Zumba :-) It was so lovely to have Sue Murphy back in class with us tonight after about a year away!!! Sue is someone that I met through Zumba , that I now consider a dear friend. She moved away to Scotland and we miss her dreadfully, and it got me thinking.... I have made many, many new friends through Zumba and feel very blessed to do something I feel so passionate about and the opportunities its given me to meet people I would have otherwise never met. And its not just restricted to me. I see lots of friendships being made in class, and its wonderful..... Zumba is so much more than just an exercise class. It breaks down barriers and brings people together. Sorry for the ramble, but sitting here reflecting on things and some of the people I miss ( Elaine Cole ) and made me realise how very lucky I am!!! On another ( less deep) note!!! Lol At the end of class Sue came up to me and said Boy, you and everyone else have really upped your game, that was really hard work and everyone looks amazing! I hadnt really thought about it, but yes, our playlist is hardcore.... We work hard, we play hard , and guys....... You totally rock!!! I truly love what I do, and love the fact you guys embrace everything I throw at you whole heartily! Have a good weekend, I may see some of you at Whitenoise or Larling Beer festival!!!
