What a good night tonight was. It reminded me of what I love about this area - we are surrounded by so much talent and artistry, if youre not seeking it out, its a shame. I went out to see Blood Done Sign My Name - Presented by Theatre Raleigh Opening May 28th the story telling of the story of a young black mans murder in 1970 NC reminds me of how far weve come, even if we have far to go. Ive never been to a Theatre Raleigh production before, I will have to go to more. I love small theatre where the creativity level is allowed to soar. Thank you to Jamie Sohn for telling me about this and so sad you werent there. Always good to see the one, the only, the fabulous Jen Geurin Ferrell and I got to meet the brilliantly talented Phil Fonville. Snakes aside.. both the reptilian sort and those in the general assembly.. I do love the triangle and all it offers.
