What a gorgeous day its been,Ive enjoyed the afternoon on my bike,with my lovely scotty, we did an awful lot of steep hills ,working quite hard to get up them as fast as possible,and then pushing through the lactic acid that builds up in your legs,aww sometimes its unbearable ha ha but nice in a funny kind of way,the views were breath taking at the licky hills,we even dropped by to say hi to jeff Scotts uncle, and had a nice drink and a natter,cant get much better than that now can you 😄😃😀 xxx
