What a great morning in the Kingdom and how fitting that the sun should shine on our Kerry squad - heroes all - what warriors - what men of heart - character - passion - pride in the jersey - big hits - honest hits - and as well as class - they had what Phil Jackson said all teams needed - Comebackability - but while the players will get all the plaudits - I believe that one man deserves so much appreciation from Kerry supporters and that is Eamonn Fitzmaurice - along with Cian and the boys and Gooch was never far away - you believed in Paul Murphy - Pa Kilkenny - Mikey Geaney - Paul Geaney - Johnny Buckley - Kieran O Leary - Barry John Keane - Peter Crowley and Jonathon Lyne - some of us doubted you - we humbly acknowledge we were wrong - you were right Eamonn - you have performed a miracle - I know we want to go all the way - but I am so happy this morning - being Kerry is being great - being of a special breed - we can be classy - graceful - skilful like David Moran - James O Donoghue - we can be inspirational like the Star - Marc - O Se - Killian Young - and if you cross us we can be hard and fight on our backs give and take your best hits - like Aidan O Mahony.
