New Registrations STEP 1: 1. Go to: braco-europe.tv 2. Select from Menu: ‘Login/Register’. A window will open and select: ‘Register’. Please complete all fields of the registration form. 3. Chat: For the chat you can select any chat name which you can change at any time. 4. Language Choice for Stream: There are 2 options, German (DE) or English (EN). You may change the language at any time. (On Braco’s Birthday, the streams will be introduced in English and simultaneously translated into German.) 5. After completing all fields, please click: ‘Complete Registration’. Technical Requirements Check STEP 2: 1. Please, it is absolutely necessary that you check that you meet all technical requirements for viewing the live streaming on this platform. To perform a test, go to the Main Menu, and click: ‘Contact/Support‘ 2. Next, click: ’Bandwidth Test‘. Subsequently, click: ‘Test-Video’. To receive good image quality, you need a minimum of 850 Kbps. (Please read more about these recommendations and requirements on the website: braco-europe.tv/contact-support) 3. To get to the live stream, click: ‘Live Stream‘. After a successful test, you are ready to select and purchase your session tickets. Selecting Session Tickets & Payment STEP 3: 1. On Homepage, click ‘Tickets’. Then choose session times/dates by clicking directly on the ticket or on the ‘+’ plus sign. To cancel a ticket, select the ‘-‘ minus sign. Select as many session tickets as you wish. To complete the step, please click: ‘Purchase Ticket’. 2. Payment: To complete the payment process, select your method of payment, either Paypal (for Master Card and Visa) or American Express. Further information regarding Paypal details are available when choosing PayPal as a payment method. 3. After reading the General Terms and Conditions, finish the payment process by clicking: ‘Complete Payment Process’. Viewing your sessions: Simply go to braco-europe.tv prior to your selected session time(s), and ‘Login’ using your password. The sessions that you purchased will be ready to view here at the scheduled time(s).
