What a great time we had at CST last evening. We have deemed this week Family to Family, a time to get one of the most important aspects of life back into focus, that being our families. We have encouraged families to set aside a portion of their week to pray together, have devotion together, to take time to just be a family unit or simply just say to one another I LOVE you. To be transparent and honest many have found this task to be extremely difficult, which means that we have not only allowed but have learned to simply coexist, which according to dictionary is to exist separately or independently but peaceably, often while remaining rivals or adversaries. We can no longer afford to sit back and let the enemy slowly but surely disengage us from the things that truly matter (family). Today I ask that my friends would not just take a moment, but a few moments to pull your family close & say a prayer together, mend a wound, have a time of devotion or simply just to say I love you.
