What a joke! Instantly when walking in you get hit with a sign that indicates that a $10 tip is required for a one hour message. The last time I checked a tip is earned and not expected depending on the service. The washer and drying machine in the facility are very noisy but not as nearly as annoying and unprofessional as the staff. During my message the gentleman performing the message receives a loud ringing phone call to which he answered and left for over five minutes. Another employee walks in and starts talking to the guy performing my message and the faux wood floors are less then pleasant when the staff walks on them. They move furniture and loudly talk the ENTIRE time. How could anyone relax? Do you wonder why your business has to surfice to Groupon.... Your failing yourselves! If you havent got the message...dont ever visit this place!?!
