What a load of crap. What journalist would end a story with these three paragraphs? You cant start each paragraph with the same phrase! That is bad form. Try writing when you arent hungover, Breton. Is it just me or is there tons of vacant market rate residences in midtown? Usually newer developments that try to attract the hip young go-getter that still cant afford to live here? Which is why they are empty! In addition to....why would people who could afford to live elsewhere come to midtown or downtown with all the violent crime?
