What a morning. I always am aware of my surroundings on route, I know every little detail of the streets, notice a light on that normally is not. So this morning a car was in front of me going slow, faster, slow faster, every time I stopped he stopped, he was there after every street I came off of but in front of me, he had enough time he shoudl of been gone. He turned onto another street I deliver pulled over, I passed him he got behind me but slow and stopped I drove onto another street came back he was still there. Yup pretty much made another call to Raymond Police. They were there with in 3 minutes driving by me to find him. I have to say I am more impressed with Raymond police than the Chester Police.
