What a nice birthday weekend, I forgot to mention that Bill received a few lottery scratch tickets from a friend last night as a birthday surprise. He was going to do his scratching at home but everyone insisted he do it there and now. Bill isnt a scratcher, he buys those tickets and gives them to me, but that wasnt going to fly.He picked up his first Shimmering 7S and uncovered the 4 winning numbers, the fun had just begun.Now he starts uncovering his numbers and the prizes shown for those numbers.Wow, he had the first number winning $20., he had the next winning numbers for another $20. now he thinks its a joke. Encouraged to continue he had a total of 4 winning numbers winning $ 80. I dont know who was more excited Bill or the gifters Denise and Glen! How excited we all were. On one of his other tickets he won $1.00 We never win anything, so I will make sure he buys a few lottery tickets! Had a nice visit from louise and John today, although it was cool outside loella and John wanted to sit outside. How happy I was, the first time this year we sat in the Gazebo! Spent the afternoon catching up , had a late dinner and made plans for tomorrow.Hitting the sack early , tomorrow is a new day and it should be a warmer one! We might even get a swim in !
