What a night!!!!!!!! I just wanted to say thank you so much to everyone who came to the fundraiser last night to help support Joseph Incorvaia. It meant so much to him to see so many friends and family there - and friends and family of friends - some people who never even met him before. Thank you to Jennifer Wentworth DeChristopher for making those awesome Pac-Man cookie Thank You favors!! Im having one now with my coffee! Thank you to my family who came, and the friends of family that came as well. More than anything, I really want to thank my classmates Queen of Peace High School Class of 1993. For those of you that donated financially, donated a raffle item(s), that came to the event, who brought friends and/or family. and that took the time to get the word out to as many people as possible to come to the event. There were some of you that I never really knew in high school.....and to see the amount of support after over 20 years that so many of you came together to help just amazed me and at times brought me to tears for being blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of people. Thank you also to my Bulldog ladies, and the friends they brought, and our vet, Dr. Meghan DeBe for coming, (how many people can say their vet is that awesome that they would come to a personal event? Dr. D is THE BEST!!) and some of the bullie friends that traveled from as far as LBI to be there. I hope everyone got to see what the vendors had to offer and were able to purchase some items from them! Thank you to all of them for being there! Paul Fudali, an Arlene Ferreira Swillinger, thank you for that amazing Superman plaque. Joe can now say you gave him wood. lol Thank you to Sheri Roddy for sharing her story about her son and what her family went through while her son was waiting for his dads kidney. A lot of people dont know or understand just how much that can go on during dialysis or the struggles that seem endless with End Stage Renal Disease. Were so happy that her son and husband are both doing well, and ill keep her entire family in my prayers! Last but certainly never least there are several people id like to personally thank for their time, advice, and help before and during the event. Tom and Laurel N. Osterman........you are an amazing couple (i may steal your daughter though, sorry...shes so damn cute) and we cant thank you enough for everything you did to help us. Maureen MacGuire, Tom Osterman, Jennifer Wentworth DeChristopher, Kim Scancarella, Sharon MacGregor, Rose De Vincenzo-Lepore, Kelly Evans Cosenza, Patti, and Chris Onjian, an Patrick OBoyle for helping set up, and get the word out to as many people as possilble. There is NO WAY this would have been a success without all of your help!! You guys did so much and Joe and I can never thank you enough!! We hope you all had a good time, and from the bottom of our hearts thank you all for being there for us. I know it really put a much needed smile on Joes face to see so many of our friends there, and also a lot of my family that wasnt able to be there at last years event. *****PLEASE TAG ME WITH ANY PICTURES FROM LAST NIGHT* Thank you all again, and we love you all!! Even though we are going through a lot of struggles, a very difficult time, and despite the fact that there were some people and circumstances that created some obstacles; with the help of friends and positive thoughts and words (daily good thoughts from my mom) we pushed through and had an amazing evening! We feel so blessed to have so many family and especially friends that have extended a hand to help us get back on our feet again!! Lots of love and thanks, Karen & Joe xoxoxo
