What a night! The joke is on me... seems like a deja vu... why is it that most of my calls before my rest day are candidate for DSAT? But I hope not! I know I aim for resolution and would intend to solve cases but there are people who are just hard to handle. Civil people can start making complaints by not screaming, aight? People with this attitude disheartens me... if only I can refuse them my service LOL *evil thoughts Nevertheless, GOD is still so good to me today (always actually) but today was unexpected.
