What a non-productive day so far. Taffy, our mini beagle/dachshund mix has been very painful since last night. Shes not eating and walking very slowly and wanting to only lie down and cuddle with someone. I first thought she may have taken a leap off the bed and strained a leg, but Im starting to lean toward Lymes. Its not uncommon and easily treated in dogs, and for our dogs in the past (and my parents dogs) it usually shows up as being so painful that avoiding any activity is preferred. So 1st half of the morning was cuddle time and waiting for the baby aspirin to kick in. The 2nd half of the morning was spent arguing with Propay (who keeps insisting I dont have a valid account), changing my ProPay password again, back to the password it has always been (3rd time Ive had to do this), then finding out where to find the funds for the lumber and dinner supplies since I cant use my Propay card. Oh and FB decided it no longer recognized my password either. After that it was a trip to the DIY store for lumber and stringers to rebuild the front steps. Gary is hammering away while we wait for the neighbor with his handy dandy tractor to pull out the part of the stairs that were solid poured concrete. Then it was off to the grocery store for supper supplies and breakfast and packed lunch supplies for Bethie for next week. And now its 3:30, Im finally back home and about to start on my long To Do list.
