What a precious, precious man!!!! So cute, Dawn Anderson asked him if he knew who I was - he didnt recognize me - then she said Sherri then Sherri Smith, he, of course, was so polite but when she said Kenneth & Marys daughter - then his eyes lit up!!! He loved them but he probably has no idea how much they loved & respected him. Then....after that, asked me how Reuben Smith was doing.....that puzzled me - Reuben? Im standing right in front of you - dont you want to hear about me? LOL He asked me if he was still preaching - then asked me if he was still as excited about preaching & Jesus as he used to be. (Thats a statement from a Pastor if I ever heard it!!!) When I told him yes, another big smile & Hallelujah. Finally, Dawn got it figured out - he remembers Reuben from preaching YEARS ago @ Rich Hill A/Gs anniversary/homecoming. I hope my mind is as sharp as his when Im 91......heck I hope mines that sharp tomorrow!!!
