What a sham in name of good times!! Namo govt hopes to save on oil subsidies by tugging emotional chords of 1 core customers, in the name of nation building, to voluntary give up subsidized gas....is this good time they had been talking about by making citizens of India stay in perpetual self sacrifice mode by bearing the brunt of railway, oil, food price hike and now this.....rather then wasting time on such emotional drama GOI should concentrate on broadening the tax base( currently effective tax base of India is at 1.5 Cr) , rolling out at GST at earliest ( which could add 1% to GDP growth ), increasing FDI by providing permanent solution on GAAR, making opening and running a business in India easy, bringing back the black money, improving the productivity and efficiency of PSUs , instead of wasting 1.3 Cr lacs on Food Security Bill GOI should concrete on providing meaningful employment, education ( improving the quality of education in govt school) and healthcare ( improving services in govt hospitals) to down trodden section of India......I think if things continue this way all hard working Indians would have sacrificed everything and would have taken sanyaas by 2019 ;-)
