What a shit sandwich of a story!!!! Only in Texas can you commit murder, paint it as a property dispute and get away with it... There are so very many issues at play here I really have no idea where to begin... 1.) Deadly force to recover money, when the money was given to the deceased.... Ever heard of "buyer beware"? 2.) An "escort", (still a living human being) referred to as property... 3.) I thought the real argument behind gun rights is so one can defend oneself when one is faced with death or violence??? Neither violence or death took place, furthermore it was not even threatened.... This man, and I use that term loosely when describing him, should spend 25 to life in prison, not walk away exonerated by the State.... A sickening display of our broken judicial system....
