What a way to celebrate on a FLEX FRIDAY!! 50K members AWESOME!! the message is getting out there utilizing the social media... My journey began in the darkest of pits I wish no man to endure... I had the honor of sharing my life with such an amazing gorgeous very very strong woman... She had an awesome huge heart and a smile that brings joy and happiness... I met HAN just three months after a long hard battle against cancer... We faught hard... I stood by her side in this battle with all my love, heart, determination, strength and courage... The day I began my healthy journey was the day I committed myself to honor one of my wifes last requests... On August 1, 2013 I became HAN bringing everything I had with me in our battle to continue the fight!! Im a warrior fighting the darkest of threats we as HAN warriors face each day and live to see as we look around and hear of fallen warriors in battle... Its up to us to UNITE for we are stronger in numbers... Im one warrior that has beat down diabetes and high blood pressure... Two threats that are known to have taken my Father... Grandfather... Grams... I will stand strong in this battle ready to fight... Join me in eating healthy and clean... Workout hard... Share the love... Spread the healthy lifestyle... The new outbreak in Native Land all over the world... Lets defeat the hype... The stereo type... I broke the chain and will support you in your fight... GET SOME HAN!!!!
