What a week it has been! Thought that I had ordered a G.P.S. Medical Alert Bracelet for my Dad who has Alzheimer in case he gets out again and we would be able to find him, and found out that The Company was represented by Telemarketers making sells of the Product, and was a Scam! I did get my money back thanks to B.B.B. of New York! And then, while looking at his Savings Acct., noticed that there had been money taken out from a "Save Social Security and Medicare outfit" that could not tell me how or who authorized the Withdrawal, especially when this is the first time ever that anyone has been able to Withdraw out of it ever! I am suppose to be getting a check back on that in the next couple of days. And then fighting my Doctors Billing Company for a Visit in Dec., 2012 that when billed the Coding was wrong making it as if I had a Pre existing Disease where both my Ins. carriers rejected payment and supposedly I found out from the Office Mgr., that it is my responsibility as a patient to inform the clerk upon making/rescheduling an return appt., if it is a "well visit," or a "Sick Visit," etc.! Boloney is what I said! So I am switching Doctors after that one! And then a couple of hours ago while switching photos in my profile (F.B.) I was kicked off F.B. also lost all Internet Service in which I had to deal with Tech Support and after that I was able to get back on! So what kind of a week did you have? Anyway Elderly and Handicapped ones beware of ones calling you offering you contract free or free anything, type in the phone number in which they are calling from and see what pops up, and also be hesitant until you do some research on the Company and also check with Better Business Bureau. In my case I was told upon answering the call, that I had been referred to by my Fathers Doctor so I assumed it to be legit and true especially since I had mentioned to the Dr. Please be aware that this is happening in our area!
