What a weekend! An invitation from Kellie at KM Fitness was extended to us to put together and run a 3 hour Kettlebell Training workshop for her crew. Of course we said yes, just in case you are wondering. It was an informative 180 mins of kettlebell fundamentals, technique assessment and a few workouts in there for good measure. The skill set of the group was wise. Some have never touched a bell before, others are seasoned Crossfit athletes that were no stranger to KBs but were in need of a tweak here and there. The energy of the group was great. Questions were asked, information was processed and at the end of the session I could already see dramatic improvements. It was great to take the bells on the road and share the knowledge. The crew from Hamilton were very hospitable and got a lot out of what we had out together for them. A big THANK YOU to Kellie of KM Fitness and her crew for being a delight to train and I hope you all walked away with a lot more confidence. .....but keep in mind that your special edition RUSH wrist guards make you 31% stronger - SCIENTIFIC FACT!!** (** note: not an actual fact)
