What a weekend! Got to see my great friend and mentor Stephen Fisk (along with other jazz heavyweights Bill Coon, Buff Allen and Andre Lechance) pay beautiful homage to the great Jim Hall last night (if you dont know who that is he was one of the greatest musicians who ever lived and by all accounts a tremendous human being who passed away in Dec. Check him out and do some homework!); followed by Rykka and BESTiE at the Imperial- killer show!! Now off to teach a workshop/masterclass to some youngsters in West Van with Big Daddy Matt Reid and then St. Lucia tonight!!!
