What a wonderful and productive day which started with my teaching 8 a.m. yoga. Afterward, I met with a potential associate concerning my dream of developing a yoga retreat business and another associate about teaching yoga for her clients in her wellness business. Then a great game of kickball with high school friends, their children, and my daughter. Thank you Sidney Jackson for organizing everything and pitching the wiffle ball to Rea. Now for a little yard work, my daily Italian lesson and lesson from the swami, reading research on the computer about MS-13, and finally capping it off with a little vino on my expansive deck and maybe a couple of friends over if I finish all this early enough. Once again, I am grateful for my freedom and all the opportunities that manifest for me. If I owe you a message or phone call, I am still in my research and processing mode and will get to you soon.
