What a wonderful day Ive spent with my youngest daughter, Felicity Lee, on her 14th birthday!!! Last night, I enjoyed a spectacular HCMS Christmas Concert, in which she played the snare drum like shed been playing for years! Today, I took her out of school a little early & we went to Dickson. The only bad part, which wasnt that bad, we had to go to have her knee immobilizer sized & finally placed. After that, we spent a very long time shopping for some special things she wanted. We finished our night in Dickson by eating a nice dinner. When we got home, her daddy had more special surprises for her that she loved! The night isnt over nor is her birthday and tomorrow, she will look just a little different than today!!! No, I didnt birth this child but she is very much my child and I would die for her just like I would die for either of my two, older, biological children. Happy 14th Birthday, my sweet, baby, girl and I hope your day has been all that you hoped it would be! Saturday and Sunday will be spent with the grandparents & more cake & gifts & cake & love & did I say cake??? LOL! Daddy, Thomas Lee, & I love you more than life, my special child!
