What a wonderful time we had last night at the Grammy Museum! The awesome Wouter Kellerman really shined with his band! I had so much fun playing some solos with them and also bringing our band and dancers to the concert. April Diamond and Larissa Lam performed one of their songs and we welcomed the talented group RockNacappella to the show. The lovely dancers Rebecca Glidden and Chrissy Kai brought a fresh visualization to my song Reflection. DJ & Remixer Robert Eibach kept the beats flowing. Zarif percussed and Barry Mosley added the trombone. Steve DeLollis gave us a solid foundation with his rock solid drums. Our newest member of the band Carlos Cuba showed us why that Latin country thought so much of his talent, they named their island after him. Carl Strand brought his Falmenco guitarwork and the always lovely Michelle Jubilee Gonzalez sag and played her violin. She even surprised us with an operetic aria! Juliet B. Rock backed us with her powerful singing and the one and only Latisha joined me for some duets and backup singing and percussion. WOW! What a SHOW! Wouter tore it up with his flute solos in our music too! Always awesome to play with wonderfully talented musicians and even more so when they are such great and sweet people. I am looking forward to joining Wouter and also the gifted pianist (an multiple Grammy Nominated) Vincent Lyn and his band at Carnegie Hall this Saturday!
