What alienates me from the non-violent genre of living specimens is not actually their approach. The most notable Gandhists fail to appreciate, as Gandhi the philosopher once himself explained, non-violence as an approach is only applicable to those who have the option to act or react violently, not to those who dont enjoy that luxury. Gandhi went to add, that form of non-violence is actually cowardice, worse off than violence. Anna Hazare is a man of firm resolute. With all due respect, and I normally dont show that to many living individuals, he is not a practitioner of non-violence as he would want us to believe. Why? For the simple reason that his concealed outburst against Kejriwal is nothing short of a reenactment of the same old Gandhi the politicians doctrine you are with me or against me. What remains unclear to me still is what is the revered Annas way? You stay out of politics and you dictate terms to the elected members of parliament? Some extension of Jaat Mahasabha, it sounds like. Would I vote for Kejriwal. No. But, would I support Annas outburst against him? A big NO, its simply ridiculous.
