What am I thinking right now is that I feel great,didnt really have a good night with the knee,but did manage to get it to settle down at 4.00am. slept like a log till 6.30 and its funny how things go around in your mind in the early hours,I was dreaming about my dad who passed away in 1985,and it was as if he was here or with me,just smiling and laughing and I think I had a moment of smiles and laughter out loud...kinda made me feel good this bright sunny morning in West Auckland,Showered and breakfast,and ready for the day,the knee has eased in it pain,must have been my dream of my father that helped,feeling very positive right now.I went back to a sort of snooze after my dream with dad,then I felt this warmth in my room followed by a nice cool feeling,I saw my mum and that was also a nice feeling,I hello mum,she just smiled and that made me smile in my sleep.So powerful dream about both my parents it feels wonderful to be alive.My son Afi all set for school,hes feeling great as well.So great start for the day washing on the line and I must take it easy to day...WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY, LOVES THE FEELING OF FEELING GOOD. PEACE/GRACE
