What an AWESOME day! Started out chatting with one of my granddaughters on the chat bar. Then went to Keonepoko Elem. to read to the children. All were appreciative but one teacher, Heidi Bothelo, stands out because not only had she presented me with a truly beautiful book of notes and drawings of appreciation from her class but she also had them do a chant in Hawaiian of appreciation to me. I had to fight off the tears of joy. Then got to go to our newly re-opened swimming pool for some delightful exercise with a friend. I have arthritis so bad that it is difficult to walk but in the water it does not hurt me at all to move and exercise. I feel so much better physically now. I plan to do this regularly and hopefully will be in less pain when not in the water. YEEHAW!
