What an amazing day in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory and Parliament. A massive Thank you to PM Tony Abbotts team along with Joe Hockey and Mathias Cormann for your time. Cleaning up the seminar industry and the Realestate membership / buying scams is a big deal in Australia. Im glad you also see this. If this was going on in the USA (even just one state), there would be a large group in jail for cleaning out the mum & pop investors like they have been doing here of savings or Super Funds as you call them. Im also glad you now see the major issue of what is happening with the China market and how that could have a massive impact for Australia if people in China are scammed into buying an Australia Special Membership from property seminars in China. The stories I shared with you of people who Facebook, email and see me in person... on how they have been cleaned out of $25k, $50k and $100k for Land Banking or Memberships is gut wrenching. And how a major Kaye to the game has not gone away like ASIC thought, now just pulling the strings behind other companies. The names have changed, but the players have not and its getting worse. In addition I would like to thank Rod Sims and the ACCC for your time, effort and attention to this matter. Its a massive web and a 10,000 piece puzzle... but as someone who sees and knows the business, I hope I shined some huge spotlights on it all for you with the information I provided. Again Thank You!
