What an emotional day. A lot of outpouring of sadness and grief for a young life not able to be fully realized. I want to make clear, I dont want to overstep any boundaries. Many concerned and involved people, who have personal dealings and life experiences in this area have left many links to appropriate facilities and organizations to seek expert help. In our small sphere we have had two really brave individuals step out of their own personal darkness and explain their bouts with depression. I believe these two were uplifted by the community and the words they heard from their peers. My earlier offer to chat is an offer for a young person who may feel overwhelmed or anxious to have someone unbiased and non-judgmental to explain their issues to. Also, it might help for them to hear from someone, who was just like them, how it is on the other side. I am not in recovery or a religious zealot. Just a guy who grew up Laguna and understands that, the wave is worth the ride.
