What an eventful morning...Dad calls to tell me to go check on the lady up the street she didnt come in to get her hair done, and never misses an appointment, so I go up there, her security door is locked but the door was opened, I called for her and she answers, and tells me to wait for her as she cant get up off the floor and shell be there at the door in a little bit.She didnt want me calling for help, so I waited, and mind you I forgot my cell phone too. So I see her coming around the corner scooting on her rear, no strength to get up on her feet, but she scoots to the door, I finally get in and help her to her feet, and she walks! Walks me all over her house looking for an extra set of keys she thinks she lost somewhere. Im thinking...she didnt break something? I call my dad and let him know shes ok, and had fallen and couldnt get up by herself. I will drive her this time to her appointment and so I go with her outside now because shes still thinking she lost her set of keys outside somewhere, so Im walking her around and the pit bull dog from my next door neighbors looks like he got loose! It looks like him anyway, heading straight for us. Im thinking were dead., It comes up to her and I reach down to him and call him bubba, and he rolls himself over upside down, then comes up and jumps on her! I have to get him off of her and he jumps all over me. Hes friendly! Thank GOD> I yell at him get down and he does after about 6 tries, and I take her to her house and tell her to wait inside for me while I go put my dog up and get my car, and that dog(big puppy) follows me. I want to put him up but he wants my dog too. I put Magsy up inside, and get my keys, go outside and that dog is already up the street, so I drive to get the Lady, and he follows my car up there! He knows me and my car! I dont want him getting ran over or following me, so a guy helps me out by volunteering to take him home for me. I take Dads customer up to him and come back home, get this...The dog tore her shirt, and muddied it, he slobbered all on the front of my FAT PANTS I was planning on wearing to the football game tonight, and I do mean SLOBBERED ALL OVER THEM ROFL, I am still laughing to myself about the irony of the whole thing and I drive up my driveway to find ...guess who in my driveway? The big dog!I get out of my car walk over to my neighbors to see if they are home, hes slobbering and tackling me at the front door some more just as happy as could be, lol...are you still with me? I get into the front gate to their yard and untangle his chain which was tangled up with a tire, and hes tackling me all the while wanting to play, my pants are history by now so who cares right? So I get the chain undone and try holding that big boy still enough to chain him back up and now I see why the other guy couldnt get him chained, lol, hes impossible to hold still, wiggling that big body of his!!! I got him hooked! FINALLY! Job accomplished and I play with him while hes upside down, making his feet running the air and the whole bit, hes having a ball wiggling in his holes hes dug. I step over him and leave, laughing still, at my pants I was planning on wearing.Hes happily back in his yard, my Spanish speaking neighbors will never know, because we dont speak the same language and all is good. My pants...in the washer. Me? Waiting for the call to go get the lady to bring her home. At least now I know that Pit is friendly as he looks from when we go outside and he barks and wiggles at us. I just dont know if he would eat my dog or cats. Fun morning...pray the lady didnt actually break anything, but she will be sore. She needs a button thing that calls for help.But dad cant talk her into one.Maybe now shell consider it. Somehow I feel slobbered on, feeling stiff on my cheek...hmmmm PS I forgot as Im walking her around she pats my belly and asks me whats that, you pregnant? BAHahahahahahahaha.. I say no thats fat hunny I worked hard for that. LOL
