What an eventful morning so far. I walked out side and tons of birds migrating thru were on the lake making so much racket that we had to yell to talk with each other. Got in the car and got half way and Roux screamed, YOUR GUNNA RUN OVER THAT FROG swerved to miss it, almost went into a ditch. Then I came over the hill and a HUGE BUCK was in the middle of the road. He was huffing and puffing like he was about to charge at me. We sat there for a few seconds like a stand off.... He wasnt going to back down no matter how much I inched forward so Roux rolled down the window and yelled shoo shoo at him, Still nothing. Finally we were starting to get late, I honked my horn and he ran off... I WIN!!!! Then I got home and the dogs decided to catch a baby opossum last night and it was hissing at me on my front porch, till I scared him off too.
