What an eye opener!!!!! This from a fellow teammate. Today I ended my love affair with Activia! A few years ago, Jamie Lee Curtis told me that if I ate two Activia every day I would have better digestive health and my gut would be happy. So I went right out and bought some, and Ive been eating it ever since. Some days Id even eat three just because I like the taste. Fast forward to the past two months - not only did I start taking ProBio5 and BioCleanse, but I started reading and learning more about why we need probiotics. Our intestine is meant to have a large amount of good bacteria and a very small amount of bad bacteria. But a variety of things in our modern lifestyle and diet contribute to this balance being reversed, causing an overgrowth of the bad bacteria, known as Candida. Many things feed Candida, but the biggest is SUGAR! So while my daily Activia routine was putting good bacteria in my gut, it was also putting over 34 GRAMS OF SUGAR in my gut, creating a little Candida party! (BTW, the recommended maximum allowance for a female is 24 grams of sugar per day!) And so all my tubs of Activia and their boat load of sugar have been languishing in my refrigerator, never to be allowed near my gut again! I realized this morning that they have expired and in the trash they went, and I gave a little nod to my ProBio5 and BioCleanse as I walked by them! If you have simple tummy troubles or more serious gastrointestinal issues, dont feed them sugar which will only compound the problem. Holler at me and lets get you started on natural products that load your intestinal tract with good bacteria, have an enzyme that kills bad bacteria, and a blend of ingredients that move the waste and toxins out of your system! Your gut will thank you! (Oh, and Jamie Lee...I still love you and will hook you up too!)
