What an incredible book that explains how government intervention and control into Capitalism can create a disaster, like with mark-to-market accounting rules which had significant negative impact on the private sector and had much to do with the problems we faced in 2007-2009. Also, it gives tremendous insight into the housing crisis (the Panic of 2008) and I think youll be shocked at how much the government helped create that disaster. Youll also gain a much better understanding of monetary policy and how that creates an illusion that government is fixing things, but in all reality, they are just manipulating capitalism.
