What another awesome day. Thank you all so much for the prayers. The Lord smoothed our path. The medicine came, we got to shop at Ross, yes, I did spend $4 on a pretty top, we shopped a little at Target. Then we hit a Jo-Anns and everything we bought was on sale! I followed the schedule for the meds and had my radiation at 3:45 and we were back on 30 headed west by 415. Shelly behaved herself so well today that I even bought her a lemonade from Chik fil A ! We have the same schedule for tomorrow and then we get to move up to 11 45 appointment Friday for 28 treatments, Mon through Friday. It went really well, no issues and the radiation therapist and helper and other nurse said I was a ROCK STAR! I will take the anti nausea medicine 30 min before the chemo pill, which I take 1 hour before the radiation treatment. All the continued support makes me feel so loved and blessed. I came home and got on the riding lawn mower, we have had no rain but it was overcast and not hot. So I mowed and doctored lots of fire ant beds and pulled a few weeds out of the landscape around the waterfall. I think it is time to wash my face and warm my dinner.
