How long would you live? Well...lets plan ahead. This group welcomes anyone using the P90x, Turbo Fire, or Insanity Program (Were personally doing LesMills Combat**). This group is for people at any stage in their fitness journey - beginning, 2-3 rounders, experts! This group is starting March 24, for people that are looking to just start their fitness journey. Hopefully if you are reading this, you are smiling, laughing, and want to be a part of it. Do I actually think a real Zombie Apocalypse will be coming? Hmm, I dont know. 5% chance* But we sure as heck have been watching a ton of the Walking Dead - and I think, dang, could we survive? I look forward to creating a group of motivated individuals that if the time came, we would join together and restore the human race.
